The Phantom Wireless Platform The Phantom Wireless Platform provides a flexible, cost effective radio solution which allows OEM's to incorporate wireless data communications capability into their products and systems. Tried and proven hardware and software modules are available. Custom wireless links can be developed at a fraction of the time and expense normally required. Operating in the 902 to 928 MHz Industrial Scientific and Medical (ISM) band, the platform does not require a site license anywhere in North America. The Platform consists of a high performance, half duplex FSK transceiver coupled with a Motorola 68HC11 microcontroller. The micro has built in I/O capabilities and memory. Peripheral modules can easily be accessed over the SCI and Serial Peripheral Interface buses on the chip. Consistent performance in harsh industrial environments. Stable. No alignment necessary.
